  • The Capsule is designed to minimize logistics and decision fatigue, but it does involve thoughtful collaboration at the creative stage.

    You’ll begin by completing a quick intake form, and I may ask for feedback on creative direction to ensure we’re aligned. This can include clarifying preferences, refining mood or aesthetic direction, and confirming what resonates.

    Once the direction is set, the research, sourcing, and styling happen behind the scenes. From there, you’ll review your capsule and receive support for refinements over the following 30 days.

  • No. Body type and color considerations are built into the process. If you’ve already explored these systems, that context can be helpful, but it’s not required.

  • Yes. The Capsule is especially helpful during periods of change, whether that’s a new season of life, career shift, or evolving sense of personal style. The goal is to create a foundation that feels aligned now and adaptable going forward.
