Booking

Flexible payment options are available for most service offerings. You may choose to pay in full, take advantage of a payment plan, or make a deposit. Deposits are intended to cover the cost of initial consultation and onboarding. The remaining balance must be paid in full before additional services are provided. Discounts applied to the initial deposit will not extend to the subsequent balance.

 

Rescheduling

All services may be rescheduled within 12 months of the original scheduled date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests will not be accepted less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment.

 

Late-Show or No-Show

If advance notice is given, scheduled meetings may start any time within the scheduled time frame, but may not extend beyond the scheduled time frame. If no advance notice is given, Alyssa will wait 15 minutes before considering the session a no-show.

 

Refunds

All services and gift cards are non-refundable.
